Composition and application of new sludge conditioner

Sludge is a semi-solid or solid substance with different water content produced in the sewage purification treatment process of sewage treatment plants. It has complex composition, including bacteria, sediment particles, fibers, organic matter, heavy metals and other components. Simple treatment or random disposal will cause resource waste and environmental pollution. With the acceleration of China's social and economic development and urbanization process, the sewage treatment capacity has increased year by year, and the sludge production has increased year by year, and the sludge treatment and disposal has become an urgent problem for environmental governance. In recent years, the state attaches great importance to the treatment and disposal of sludge, and has introduced a series of relevant policies involving sludge treatment and disposal, and put forward clear requirements for the treatment and disposal of sludge.

New sludge conditioner: sludge conditioner is a chemical agent that can change the surface structure of the sludge, reduce the solid surface load of the sludge, reduce the specific surface area of the sludge surface, and destroy the bacterial structure. The main components are inorganic compounds, sludge surface structure modifier, degreaser, wall breaking agent, sludge surface treatment agent, sludge stripping agent and so on. The sludge conditioner has the advantages of less dosage, low cost, breaking the bottleneck of sludge dehydration, achieving efficient concentration and dehydration, good treatment effect and high cost performance.

The new sludge conditioner is widely used for sludge dewatering and disposal in municipal, paper making, printing and dyeing, oil field, mineral processing and other industries. Combined with the plate and frame mud press, the sludge moisture content can be reduced from more than 90% to 40%-60%, and the sludge reduction can be fully realized.

The use of the new sludge conditioner:

The first step: the sludge is pumped to the conditioning tank, and the new sludge conditioner is added to the conditioning tank. In the conditioning tank, the reagent and the sludge are fully mixed for reaction.

Step 2: Dewater the sludge pump such as the ultra-high pressure press through the automatic high pressure pump.

The third step: the filtrate is returned to the sewage system for treatment, reused or discharged after reaching the standard, and the dehydrated dry mud falls into the conveyor belt below and is centrally sent to the discharge yard.
