Sludge deep dehydrating agent is a kind of chemical agent which can change the surface structure of sludge, reduce the solid surface load of sludge, reduce the specific surface area of sludge and destroy the structure of bacteria.

The main components of sludge deep dewatering agent are inorganic compounds, sludge surface structure modifier, degreaser, wall breaking agent, sludge surface treatment agent, sludge stripping agent, etc. Sludge deep dewatering agent has the advantages of less dosage, low cost, breaking the bottleneck of sludge dewatering, achieving efficient concentration and dewatering, good treatment effect and high cost performance.

Sludge deep dewatering agent is widely used in life, printing and dyeing, paper making, mineral processing, oil field and other industries of sludge dewatering treatment. Combined with the plate and frame mud press, the sludge moisture content can be reduced from more than 90% to 40%-60%, and the sludge reduction can be fully realized.

The use of sludge deep dehydrating agent:

The first step: the sludge is pumped to the conditioning tank, and at the same time, the sludge deep dehydrating agent and synergist are added to the conditioning tank. In the conditioning tank, the reagent and the sludge are fully mixed for reaction.

The second step: dehydrate the sludge pump such as the ultra-high pressure press through the automatic high pressure pump;

The third step: the filtrate is returned to the sewage system for treatment, reused or discharged after reaching the standard, and the dehydrated dry mud falls into the conveyor belt below and is centrally sent to the unloading yard;
