Characteristics of sludge conditioner:

(1) It acts with sludge to form fine and strong small floc, which greatly reduces the specific resistance of sludge dewatering process.

(2) It can achieve rapid and continuous dehydration of sludge, achieve solid-liquid separation, reduce the moisture content of sludge and the purpose of real reduction.

(3) Full or partial replacement of inorganic flocculants will not increase the salt content of filtrate and improve the operating conditions of sewage treatment plants.

(4) Sludge conditioner is beneficial to reduce anaerobic calcification and scale buildup at the overflow site.

(5) With a strong dewatering, dodging combined with the use of plate and frame filter press,the sludge moisture content can be reduced from more than 90% to 40%-60%,and the sludge reduction can be fully realized.

Sludge conditioner does not use lime, reduce the use of inorganic salts, will not cause clogging filter cloth, extend its cleaning frequency and service life.
