The dosage of sludge dewatering conditioner is not invariable, and can be determined by comprehensive experimental evaluation according to different indexes and types of sludge properties, sludge concentrations, dehydrating agents and tempering agents. 1. Taking the municipal sewage plant as an example, the commonly used sludge dehydrating agent is polyacrylamide, and the amount is absolutely between 1/1000 and 5/1000 of dry mud. The amount of sludge conditioning agent ferric chloride is generally 10%-30% of absolute dry mud, the amount of lime is 20%-40% of absolute dry mud, and the amount of other inorganic agents (such as hydrogen peroxide, sulfite, etc.) iron, polyaluminum chloride and other iron salts and aluminum salts) is more than 10% of dry mud. 2. Taking the sand washing field as an example, the commonly used sludge dehydrating agent is polyacrylamide. The sewage of the sand washing plant is generally inorganic clay suspended matter. Taking the belt mud as an example, the site is supplemented twice, once for the sedimentation tank and once for the concentrated mud. The concentration of sewage in the sedimentation tank is low, and 3-20ppm is generally added, while the concentration of sludge in the thickening tank is large, and 30-100ppm polyacrylamide is generally added. 3. Taking coal washing plant as an example, the concentration of coal washing wastewater is generally low. In some coal washing plants, only polyacrylamide is added to the precipitation, and the amount of addition is 1-5 PPM. Some coal is of poor quality and needs to be replenished in advance. Polyaluminum chloride coagulation, the addition amount of polyaluminum chloride coagulant is 10-50ppm. Ultrafine or clay-containing concentrated coal slime needs to be adjusted by adding sludge conditioner. 4. Taking papermaking wastewater as an example, in the early stage of adding inorganic coagulants, such as polyaluminum chloride, polyferric sulfate, ferrous sulfate, etc., the addition amount is 5-20ppm. Acrylamide is used for precipitation, and the addition amount is about 5ppm. It is necessary to add cationic polyacrylamide to flocculate the sludge during desliming.
