SSludge conditioner is suitable for sludge preconcentration and sludge dewatering of municipal sewage treatment plants and various industrial and domestic sewage treatment facilities. This product has strong adaptability to water quality, high pH resistance, and is suitable for sludge conditioning before dewatering of plate and frame dewatering equipment. This product is soluble in water, non-flammable, strong cohesion, good hydrolysis stability, no gelling, not sensitive to pH changes, chlorine resistance.

SThe water content of biochemical sludge in sewage plant is 80%, adding this product, using the functional group of flocculant molecules to destroy the stability of the intermolecular interstitial water of sludge. After the first 80% dehydration is reduced to 40%-60%, the sludge is dehydrated from the flow state before dehydration into a thin layer of hardness mud cake, the sludge volume is reduced by more than 50%, and the calorific value sludge after burning the sludge is dehydrated after deep dehydration is widely used and the resource utilization is high. Using this product to dehydrate sludge can avoid energy consumption, reduce sludge increment and improve sludge quality. For the sludge of farms and food factories, it can be directly used as green organic fertilizer.
