1. Flocculant:

Common flocculant sludge dewatering agents are polyaluminum chloride, polyacrylamide and so on. They can promote the suspended matter in the sludge to aggregate into groups and form larger sediments, which is convenient for subsequent treatment and disposal.

2. Dispersant:

It is used to disperse the particles in the sludge so that they are evenly dispersed and avoid the formation of clumps. Dispersant is helpful to improve sludge fluidity and mixability. Chemicals such as polyphosphates can be used as dispersants.

3. pH regulator:

It is used to adjust the pH value of the sludge so that it is in a suitable range. Acid regulators (such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid) and alkaline regulators (such as sodium hydroxide, calcium hydroxide) can be used to regulate the pH of the sludge.

4. hydrogen peroxide, iron oxide, potassium permanganate:

They can transform harmful substances into harmless substances through REDOX reaction and reduce the harmfulness of sludge.

5. Settler:

It is used to accelerate the settling speed of the particles in the sludge and improve the settling efficiency. Chemicals such as ferric sulfate and ferric chloride are commonly used as settling agents.

6. Sludge dehydrating agent (sludge conditioner) :

It has the advantages of small dosage of agents, low cost, breaking the bottleneck of sludge dehydration, achieving efficient concentration and dehydration, good treatment effect and high cost performance. The amount of organic dehydrating agent added to sludge is small, there is no need to add lime, there is no chloride ion in it, and it has no corrosion effect on dewatering equipment. Sludge organic dehydrating agent can reduce the moisture content of sludge to 40%-60%.
