The sludge conditioner fully breaks down the walls of the organic biomass in the sludge, releases water, and then flocculates and dehydrates. The amount is small, the dehydration efficiency is high, and the sludge moisture content can be reduced to 40%-60%. General municipal, industrial sludge dewatering using plate and frame filter press and diaphragm plate and frame filter press plant generally choose to use this dewatering chemical.
2. polyacrylamide is a polymer flocculant, with Yin and Yang non-ionic type, generally used in sludge dehydration this is cationic polyacrylamide. Before the sludge enters the press filtration, the cationic polypropylene is used to dehydrate the sludge. When dewatering, large floc is produced, non-stick filter cloth is not dispersed during the press filtration, the mud cake is thick, the dehydration efficiency is high, and the moisture content of the mud cake is below 80%. Also because of its general moisture content of about 80%, it is generally more suitable to use cationic polypropylene as a dehydrator when using belt filter press and pile screw isobaric filter equipment, because this type of plant has no high moisture content requirements.
In summary, the organic sludge dehydrating agent (sludge conditioner, polyacrylamide) is characterized by good water dewatering and does not contain inorganic harmful substances such as chloride ions and calcium ions, so the resource utilization of sludge is better and more environmentally friendly.
