With the rapid development of China's cities and industries, the amount of sewage generated has also increased, and correspondingly, the amount of sludge that needs to be treated is also increasing. The traditional sludge dewatering equipment is difficult to achieve the ideal dewatering effect alone.
Although in recent years, dehydrators such as polyacrylamide and polyaluminum chloride have been used to assist dehydration, these dehydrators usually only partially remove sludge, and may lead to equipment corrosion and increased operating costs. In response to this problem, a new type of sludge conditioner came into being to solve the problem of sludge treatment more effectively.
This new type of sludge conditioner can improve the dewatering performance of sludge by changing the surface structure of sludge, reducing the surface load and specific surface area, and destroying the structure of bacteria. Its main components include inorganic compounds, sludge surface structure modifier, degreaser, wall breaking agent, sludge surface treatment agent and stripping agent.
Combined with the plate and frame filter press, the treatment agent can reduce the moisture content of the sludge from 90% to 35%-50%, significantly reducing the total amount of sludge. The new sludge conditioner is first used for conditioning treatment, and then filtered through the plate and frame filter press to effectively reduce the moisture content of the sludge and achieve deep dehydration.
The conditioned sludge is injected into the filter chamber of the filter press at a pressure of about 1.0MP, which helps to efficiently remove free water from the sludge. When the sludge in the filter room accumulates to the design capacity of the filter press, it can enter the high-pressure press stage. The final dryness is not only closely related to the effect of chemical conditioning, but also affected by the filling degree of the filter press chamber, the rate of pressure increase and the time of pressure maintenance. When the chemical conditioning effect is good, the use of high pressure feed and press can shorten the press section time and improve production efficiency.
In addition, the automatic discharge and backblowing of the filter material (filter cloth) in the whole process are completed at the same time, which not only reduces the labor intensity of the operator, but also improves the efficiency of the operation, ensuring that the filter cloth effectively intercepts sludge and permeable performance.
