Two, pharmaceutical problems:

1, the wrong selection of agents, sludge coagulation and flocculation effect is poor. For different sewage, different equipment should be selected for the experiment. Plate frame selection of inorganic flocculant, low molecular flocculant or sludge conditioner. Belt filter press select medium molecular weight products, centrifuge select high molecular weight products.

2, insufficient dosage of chemicals, sludge flocculation effect is poor, high water content.

3, the addition of too much chemical agents will cause the sludge sticky, resulting in the filter cloth sticking or blocking the filter cloth, the sludge will shine. Selecting suitable sludge conditioner can achieve good dewatering effect. Third, due to changes in upstream process, temperature, pH and other external factors, the nature of the sludge will change, which will affect the change of sludge conditioning, resulting in poor dehydration and high moisture content.

Fourth, the most common reason is that the sludge is too fine, too sticky or the organic content is too high, so that the surface and gap water is difficult to fall off.

The way to solve this problem is to choose the appropriate sludge conditioner, and then cooperate with the desilting equipment to reduce the moisture content, increase the thickness of the mud cake, improve the work efficiency, and reduce the wear of the equipment.
