Direct plate and frame filter pain points, solve sludge runny, high moisture content problem

In the wastewater treatment plants and industrial sludge processing scenarios, the plate and frame filter press is the core equipment for deep sludge dewatering. However, most enterprises have long been facing industry problems such as ineffective sludge pressing, soft sludge cakes, and excessively high moisture content. Traditional treatment mostly relies on the combination of inorganic agents like iron salts, aluminum salts, and lime for conditioning, which not only involves a cumbersome process but also has numerous drawbacks, making it difficult to meet the requirements of high-standard sludge reduction and disposal.

Traditional iron salt and aluminum salt agents can only achieve simple charge neutralization and cannot disrupt the stable structure of the sludge colloid, making it difficult to release the intracellular bound water. This results in the surface of the filter cake being dry while the interior is soft after pressing, causing a serious problem of hollow center in the filter cake. The moisture content of the filter cake generally remains above 75%, failing to meet the standards. At the same time, the dosage of traditional agents is large, which can easily lead to an increase in sludge volume, equipment corrosion, and filter cloth blockage, significantly increasing the operating and disposal costs of the enterprise. In response to the industry's pain points, we have launched a high organic matter sludge enhancer. It integrates three functions: conditioning, flocculation, and dewatering, and is a dedicated deep dewatering agent suitable for plate and frame filtration. It can completely replace traditional inorganic agents such as iron salts and aluminum salts. This agent contains exclusive breaking and modifying active components, which can quickly break the stability of sludge colloids, break the cell walls of microorganisms, and efficiently release intracellular water and bound water that are difficult to remove.

Through the polymer bridging effect, the agent can aggregate the fine sludge particles into dense, permeable, and compress-resistant high-strength flocs. The filtration drainage channel is unobstructed, completely eliminating the phenomenon of "soft core". The practical application in actual conditions has proved that after use, the sludge moisture content can be stably reduced to 48%-58%, the filtration cycle is significantly shortened, and the frequency of filter cloth blockage is significantly reduced. The agent has no corrosion, no dust, and no increase in sludge volume. It simplifies the operation and maintenance process, fundamentally solving the problem of sludge dewatering in filter presses, helping enterprises achieve environmental protection compliance, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement.
